How to Cancel My Subscription?

While we'd be very sad to see you go, you are able to Cancel Your Account at any time.

If Dropstore isn’t the right solution for your business, simply log into your Account, go to Subscription & Billing and cancel your subscription in your "account" section while logged in.

Click on Subscribe & Billing. This would take you the the billing and subscription system

Open the menu and click on Billing

Click on Cancel Subscription on the Billing page

if using a mobile phone, you can view the available options when you set your view to auto-rotate settings, thus being able to see all options when scrolling down.

We'd appreciate it if you would let us know why you wish to cancel your account, but we do not require it.
If you've experienced a problem which is why you want to cancel your account, please afford us the opportunity to try and fix the problem first! We'd love to keep you as a happy client. To do this, please just send an email to support@dropstore.co.za

How to cancel during the trial period:
If you are on trial and have not subscribed for a package, you do not need to cancel as the trial account will automatically expire once the 14 days have lapsed.

What happens when I cancel:
Your products would not sync from Dropstore to your store. Also, you would not be able to pay for orders from your store pulled into Dropstore. After 30 days, your imported product may get deleted from your account







If you cancelled and wish to return, you can do that at any time by logging in and resubscribing.
