Learn about Dropstore's policy towards intellectual property protection
At Dropstore, the protection of intellectual property is of the utmost importance. We verify suppliers in the following ways:
- In order to become a Dropstore supplier, all suppliers are vetted through a rigorous review process, to ensure their products meet Dropstore requirements.
- By registering as a supplier on Dropstore, all suppliers indicate their acceptance of the Dropstore Supplier Terms of Service and indicate they hold the copyrights to, or the right to enforce and license the copyrights to, any photographs of products used on the Dropstore platform. They also hold the rights to any trademarks used in connection with their products on Dropstore.
- Prior to submitting an application to become a supplier, all suppliers must agree to the following statement: Do you agree that you lawfully reserve the rights to the products you are selling and that you are not infringing on or violating any trademark or copyright laws by selling your products?
Please note: if a supplier is to be found in violation of copyright or trademark laws, their products will be removed from Dropstore.
