Firstly check your integration settings, is your Dropstore Ecommerce Type setting correct?
On Dropstore select "Settings" in the top tabs then click "Woocommerce Integration"
If "Woocommerce Integration" is not available, then that means you have not selected an Ecommerce Type when you were registering for a Dropstore Account. You will first have to choose an eCommerce type so our system is able to integrate and sync correctly with your store type.
To change Ecommerce Type:
Accounts (top right corner figurine) > Change Ecommerce Type > Proceed with Change
Next, check if you have the latest Dropstore plugin > How Do I Install Dropstore Woocommerce Plugin
In your store, click settings (Under the Dropstore Merchant plugin) look out for any errors under **System Requirement Check*
Next, Run the Setup Wizard and ensure that your access token is correct and there are no error messages along the process.
Next, Reinstall the plugin ensuring that you are installing the latest version of the plugin.
If you are still experiencing issues after all these checks, please reach out to customer support so we can further investigate. Please provide the following:
- Email address you used to register on Dropstore
- WordPress version
- Active theme and Version of the theme
- Woocommerce Version
- Php version
- Screenshot of the error (if there is any)
Please take a screenshot of the following sections in your store if possible.
- Go to plugins > Installed plugins > Find Dropstore Merchant plugin > Take a screenshot of the version you have currently.
- Then click settings (Under the Dropstore Merchant plugin). Take a screenshot of the System Requirement Check and Logs
- Then select the Setup Wizard Tab and take a screenshot.
- Lastly, Please check your error log details in Woocommerce > Status > Logs and filter for the most recent information. (Take a screenshot)
