You can add as many products as you want to the import list, but only a limited number, determined by your license, can be pushed to your store.
Items that have been deactivated by the supplier or are out of stock still count towards this limit. To manage your product count;
Go to My products > filter by Deactivated by the supplier/ out of stock > Select products and Bulk remove
